We make visas easy for you

In order to apply for Russian Visa the following documents are needed :

1) Application. Please fill it out online at https://visa.kdmid.ru/PetitionChoice.aspx and email me the log-in ID, last name, DOB and password, so I can access the application later and make necessary changes.

Please note that everything needs to be filled out in full. If you don't know the answer (e.g. organization that invites you, etc.) just put ABC or 123 where it's asking for the confirmation number Passport type is Tourist, not Official.

When filling out the application they need to choose the United States, not Russia as a country where they will apply - at the end they need to choose ILS New York Country (select the country where you will be applying for your visa) - United States

After you fill out the application form online, you need to send me the following info:

• Application ID
• Last name
• Date of birth
• Password

2) Original Passport. Please make sure the passport is signed, valid for at least 6 months after the visa expiration, and has at least 2 blank VISA pages.

3) 1 Passport-Size Picture - The Russian consulate is very strict about photo quality - it has to be professionally done with white background; otherwise, they will refuse to process documents!

4) FedEx fee is $30 additional if we need to mail back your documents.
